Holiday lets and B&Bs

Websites for Isle of Wight holiday lets and B&Bs.

A site that shows your place properly, answers the questions guests ask before they cross the Solent, and makes booking direct with you the easy choice. You see the design before you pay.

Booking direct

Your own site gives guests a reason to book with you.

Booking sites bring people in, but they take a cut of every booking, which can be 15 per cent or more, and they sit between you and your guest. A good website of your own gives returning guests, and anyone who found you on Instagram or Google, an easy way to book with you instead. You can stay on the booking sites as well. Most owners do.

Every room shown properly

Guests want to see the room they'll sleep in, the view from the window and the bathroom. Each room or cottage gets big photos that load quickly, with the beds, how many it sleeps and what's included written out plainly.

Your booking system stays

Whether you use Freetobook, Lodgify, Beds24, a channel manager or plain email, we link it in. Your calendar stays where it is, and nothing changes for guests who already book with you.

The island questions, answered

First-time visitors ask the same things. Which ferry is best for you? How long is the drive from Fishbourne, Yarmouth or East Cowes? Will they need a car? Where's good for dinner, and which beach is nearest? Answer those on your site and you'll get fewer emails, and Google gets more reasons to show your site to people planning a trip.

Seasons and short breaks

You can change your prices, minimum stays or a winter offer yourself by asking in the Client Hub. Price changes wait for Reuben's check before they go live.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can I still list on Airbnb and Booking.com?

Yes. Your own site works alongside them. Many owners keep the booking sites for new guests and use their own site for returning guests and anyone who finds them directly.

Can guests pay on my website?

If your booking system takes payments, it carries on doing that through your new site. We link it in so guests book and pay the way they do now.

Can you photograph the rooms?

Photography is a separate service. You can add a shoot at your place as a package with your website, or we work with the photos you have. Website clients also get partner rates on Isle of Wight Stock's island photos, for the beaches and views nearby.

I have several cottages. Do I need several websites?

Usually not. One site with a page for each cottage is easier for guests and easier for you. If they're run as separate businesses, they can each have a site and share one Client Hub login.

Let's design yours.

Tell us a little about your business and we'll start on your homepage. You won't need a card, and you only pay if you love it.
