What you keep
Your web address stays yours. If you bought it through Wix or Squarespace, it can stay there or move later. Cancelling the website plan doesn't have to cancel the domain, but check before you press anything, and we'll help you check.
Your email carries on as it is. To go live you change the two website settings on your domain, and the email settings are never touched.
Your Google reviews belong to your Google Business Profile, which is separate from your website, so they stay where they are. Your booking system stays too, linked into the new site.
Keeping your place on Google
Every page on your old site has an address Google already knows. When you move, we point each old address at its new page with a permanent redirect. Links from Google, TripAdvisor and old Facebook posts keep landing in the right place, and Google carries your history across to the new pages.

Will I lose my Google ranking?
Done carefully, you shouldn't. The redirects send Google from each old page to its new one. It's normal for things to move about for a few weeks while Google catches up.
Will my email stop working?
No. We only change the two settings that point your web address at the new site. Your email settings stay exactly as they are.
Can I copy my old site across as it is?
Wix and Squarespace don't let you export a whole site, so we rebuild it. We bring over your words, photos and pages, and tidy them up on the way.
When do I cancel Wix or Squarespace?
Only after the new site is live and you've checked it. Until then the old one keeps running, so there's no gap.
